John Gan, CEO and Chief Compliance Officer
John is the founder of 360 Capital Financial Services Group Inc. where he oversees the company’s expansion and business development in Canada, Greater China and South East Asia. Prior to founding 360 Capital, John worked as a stockbroker in Canada and a foreign exchange dealer for an Asian bank. He has served as Vice President of various insurance companies and was Regional Head for Allianz Asia-Pacific where he was responsible for agency development in eight countries. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University, a Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College.

Throughout his career, John has been creating value and growth for organizations in his role as Board Member, Advisor, CEO, senior management, and strategic investor. He has assisted in raising capital for companies since he first started in the capital markets as a stockbroker in 1981. In addition, he is a Special Advisor to the Canadian Securities Exchange where he advises on M&A and public listing transactions.

Nikita Chou, MBA, Senior Vice President and Chief Global Strategist
Nikita is co-founder and Senior Vice-President and Chief Global Strategist of 360 Securities, and Special Advisor to the Canadian Securities Exchange. Nikita is a seasoned business development and marketing executive, with over a decade of experience in the Financial Services and IT industry in Canada, the USA and Asia. Nikita is responsible for negotiating investment terms, conducting M&A activities and doing due diligence and providing corporate consulting for both private and public companies to enhance their business in global market. Nikita possesses extensive knowledge and experiences in international and cross-cultural negotiations and strategic planning, and currently focuses on assisting companies expand their business presence in North American, Asian and Chinese markets. Nikita holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in the United States.

Bang Chiem, CPA, CGA, Chief Financial Officer
Bang Chiem, CPA, CGA has over 20 years of experience in various accounting and financial roles covering several industries.  He was a former Controller of a commercial and industrial construction company. He also held a senior finance position at a property and casualty insurance managing general agency.

Donald Gordon, CFA, MBA, Director
Don is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has been taking companies public as an independent corporate finance consultant since 1999. He acts in various capacities as principal, consultant, and independent due diligence representative for Issuers and Investment Dealers. Currently, he is Senior Advisor for the CSE (Canadian Securities Exchange) and Executive Director of the Canadian Listed Company Association. Previously, he held management positions in corporate finance and marketing with the Vancouver Stock Exchange for 17 years. He is past President and board member of the Vancouver Society of Financial Analysts, a CFA charter holder and holds BA and MBA degrees from the University of British Columbia.

Joshua C.K. Siow, Senior Advisor
Joshua is the founder and principal of JF Virtus Pte Ltd, a Singapore based firm specializing in governance, risk management and compliance services. He has many years of extensive experience working in the public capital markets, having previously held senior management positions at the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and the Vancouver Stock Exchange (now the TSX Venture Exchange). Joshua has held positions in financial institutions in Canada and Singapore, and is currently a board member of a number of publicly listed companies.
